Is this a bad day or what?

1. My head is going to explode.
2. My skin is going to drop off due to an infectious saggy old witch at the gym spreading her flakey rotten skin everywhere.
3. Graham Norton is on TV. He's probably a nice guy, but I don't understand his sence of humour. He just does willy jokes.
4. My podcasting host rizzn.net seems to have died, just as my competition started. If anyone wants to hear my podcasts then just email me and I'll send you the file. Is this what Adam Curry dreamed of when he invented Podcasting - emailing files to people on a mailing list?

Any suggestions of free podcast hosting? The Ourmedia site looks nice, but doesnt work. I've seen loads of people on the web complaining. I've only got 17 listeners, its not like I'm a major player in the field.
