does anyone on here know how uber works if i dont have a smartphone? things are so bad right now and i cant even afford a samsung.a couple of people i know on jobseekers are on uber and they tell me they are making lots extra and its a good opportuntiy to get to know girls.

I think the passenger needs a smartphone to book in the first place, you need the same or a tablet to view your bookings. More importantly though you need a car! Picking up girls as a uber driver is more likely to get you a jail sentence than a date.
ReplyDeleteAs I've mentioned before, do what you're good at. Are there such things as poetry groups these days? I always remember the Tony Hancock episode The Poetry Society with Sid James. Good place to meet "birds" of a certain sort I'd have thought. Maybe you're too young but a good laugh if you look it up.

thank you everyone for your kind words and it means a great deal to me for poeople on the internet to be cordial for a change. i borrow a nice van for transportation purposes which i often use to take mum for her hosiptal checkups. this gave me the idea in the 1st plce when i saw people struggling to get back from hospital becuase they are fat / couldnt afford a proper taxi. if this venture takes off will be able to buy a proper car without bags of cement in the back and aim for the slimmer end of the specrum.
ReplyDeletei would like to try a poetry group but they cost money and most of the people there are of a much higher class and drink wine, if i find a free one with poeple of my level i will attend. the banner didnt come out correctly, it was meant to be a cornucopia of meats but only the bacon was highlighted. blogger has broken when i try to update the template.
