Podcast - Diet



My diet is not going to well, it occupies my every thought, so i thought i would share those thoughts with you.

please also listen to the latest 2 podcasts from yeast radio which tell you a lot of important information about the horrible distater in america.

I lost 40 pounds in one year through mild exercise and eating sensibly. My advice: Don't weigh yourself every day or even even week. Weigh in every month. As long as you can lose 1-2 lbs a week and you're prepared to wait for the weight to come off then you'll do fine. Also, it's not a diet - it's a lifestyle change that you should stick to. All the best with it.
